Who Are We?
Welcome to 63 delis! We are launching a new concept of premium casual dining inspired by the traditional Italian’s eno-gastronomies and French rôtisserie concepts, and heavily based on Mediterranean food.
With this concept, we want to flip the script on traditional dining. We know that the UK hospitality scene has been going through a bit of a rough patch and it is ever more challenging for food artisans to remain profitable. But we are not the types to back down from a challenge. Instead, we see this as a chance to shake things up, rethink how we work and create something really special.
We believe in good planning, great food and a team that feels more like a family. We want our eno-gastronomies to be places where our customers can enjoy delicious, honest food and outstanding drinks, and our employees can grow and thrive.
Our vision is to create a network of eateries that serve high-quality, fresh, and delicious meals prepared in artisanal production kitchens and served to customers in an inviting and relaxed atmosphere.
